I've been at this hotel for 2 months now. I already left a review, but this is an update to add another star.The staff have gone out of there way to help me. I recently got out of hospital and can't walk 100% yet, they continuously grab bags for me and take them upstairs and the front desk girl is great. She's friendly and very accommodating for guests.
I've been coming here every year for about 4 years. I honestly can't say anything bad about it, our room has always been clean. One year we extended our stay by a couple days and I got a discount. I've seen the bad reviews but I've never had a problem. So I'll be coming back.
I enjoy the friendly staff and the good food and room service is always polite and gracious. Thank you.
